Programme Health Check

We perform a rapid review and assessment of the health and status of a programme of work at any stage, either because the programme is experiencing problems or causing concern, or as part of a wider risk mitigation exercise. The review will typically include business vision, business case, governance and organisation, as well as solution selection and business change impact.

We present recommendations on how we believe to best organise and manage the programme going forward and include, as required:

  • Programme stabilisation, planning and execution of a set of urgent activities to bring the programme back under control,
  • Improvement programme, planning and execution of activities to fix the underlying causes that have led to the problems occurring

These services are supported by the vast experience that we have of managing, reviewing and fixing large scale, global programmes of work.
