Strategy: We work with clients to develop the business strategy and roadmap for any programmes of work requiring significant investment. This includes developing a Target Operating Model (TOM) to support the Business Strategy, a Future State Architecture (FSA) aligned with the IT Strategy and a Roadmap for phased implementation of the TOM/FSA

We contribute to all phases of activity from scoping and requirements through to implementation, training and ongoing support. Once the programme is underway it is supported by a library of proven methodologies. We work within an appropriate methodology (including agile), to successfully deliver the client’s desired outcomes.

Design: We use advanced simulation tools at the creative design stage focused on the customer experience to drive early (and documented) requirements and collaboration. This allows multiple and rapid iterations of the solution to achieve a consensus before any build investment, thus reducing rework during the delivery phase (view an illustration of our creative approach).

Build and Delivery: We use a combination of on / off shore resources for the most cost effective build solution. We have developed a set of engagement models that de-risk the work and help ensure a successful outcome.

We support a variety of modern languages for bespoke builds as well as configuration of Cloud solutions (see our Cloud development for further information).
